Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges:
We know online orders don't always go as anticipated. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making purchases:
Returns:
We accept returns of most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping fee, and if applicable, any restocking fees. (Fine jewelry is subject to a 20% restocking fee.) If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, as a small business, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undamaged, in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including all Christmas and seasonal items, sale items, gift cards, fine art prints and perishable items.

Customer pays all shipping fees for returned items.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If we do not receive your returned item, we cannot issue a refund.
Refunds:
In order for us to initiate the refund for your return, your product has to have arrived at our location in the same condition in which you received it. A return will be processed once it has been received and its condition has been deemed to be in accordance with our policy. The Inspired Living reserves the right to deny returns that aren't in accordance with our policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not process online exchanges. If you would like to exchange your purchase for something else, just return your item(s) and purchase the item(s) you would like through the site.
